1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the website and digital products provided by BP Express Moving Company ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site, placing an order, or downloading our materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By continued use of our service or by completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The product
We sell a downloadable PDF ("The Blueprint") delivered electronically immediately after a successful purchase. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PDF for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the PDF or its contents.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing the intellectual property rights of others, attempting to interfere with security, scraping, probing, or distributing malware.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and documentation remain the property of BP Express Moving Company or our licensors. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described above.
6. Payments & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Gumroad. Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes payments, billing, and tax. For payment and billing mechanics, please refer to the Gumroad Terms of Service. See also our Refund Policy.
7. Service level & warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Blueprint is educational; results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BP Express Moving Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
